Twitty & Lynn - Grandchildren of Conway & Loretta in Concert

Tayla Lynn grew up in the heart of Tennessee and started singing with her grandmother at an early age. Her father, Ernie, played guitar in Loretta’s band and her home was full of music. “I can’t remember a time that I wasn’t in the wings in some town somewhere, watching my memaw and my daddy on stage,” she recalls.

Tre Twitty, the grandson of the late Conway Twitty, is a remarkable young talent. When you combine dark hair, enticing soft blue eyes, a gentle smile and a wonderful personality with two generations of hit song makers, you have a talented rising star.

In 1965, Smith joined the Grand Ole Opry, where she has remained a fan favorite for decades. Smith achieved nineteen Top Ten hits through 1973, establishing herself as a singer of consistent quality and rare emotional impact. Smith's material leaned heavily toward standard themes of lost love and heartache, as exemplified by such classic hits as Anderson's "Then and Only Then" and Dallas Frazier's "Ain't Had No Lovin'." She also cut darkly personal songs, including "Ribbon of Darkness" and "The Last Letter." She is married to fellow Grand Ole Opry member, Marty Stuart.
